Resize a process terminal.

POST /v1/processes/{id}/terminal/resize: request parameters and responses.

POST /v1/processes/{id}/terminal/resize

Sets the PTY window size (columns and rows) for a tty-mode process and sends SIGWINCH so the child process can adapt.
